the last of may // mostly pictures

is it sad that i'm excited to post the last few pics of may so that i can hurry up & get around to posting my june photos?  it's so weird how my photography goes in streaks.  sometimes i love everything that comes out of my camera for a week straight.  sometimes i can't take a shot that speaks to me to save my life.  and i really can't even put my finger on what makes me love an image & what doesn't.  i guess if i could figure that out i'd never take a bad shot?

so much of it has to do with light, obviously.  surroundings & subject too.  ya know.  if you can just control all those things in the most optimal way then you have yourself a perfect shot!  it's that easy, ha.

anywho, with that said here are my last few faves from may.  i spent the last weekend out at seabrook with some of my favorite people in the whole world.  fifteen other girls & believe it or not we all left the place still loving each other.  and maybe even looking forward to the next trip!  pretty lucky to have those people in my life.
